Case studies — live builds you can try

Anyone can show you a screenshot. Try these instead.

Every project below is live and earning its keep today. And every one of them was worth building because of one mechanism — the thing the site had to do. We've rebuilt that mechanism right here on this page. Use it, then go see it running on the real site.

Digital marketing Bhubaneswar, Odisha

MarketIQ Infotech

dmarketiq.com Live since launch
The problem

A marketing agency gets plenty of enquiries. Most of them are worth nothing. Someone fills a contact form with "interested in your services", and the team burns a phone call finding out the person wanted a ₹3,000 logo.

The old site did what most agency sites do: name, email, message, send. Every lead arrived identical, so every lead had to be chased identically.

The call we made

Ask the two uncomfortable questions on the form, not on the call. Which service, and what monthly budget. Yes, it costs you some submissions. That is the point — the ones you lose were never going to buy.

Then route the answers straight into WhatsApp rather than an inbox nobody opens on a Sunday. The message arrives pre-written, with the budget already in it, on the device the owner actually carries.

What's inside
  • Seven pages — home, services, courses, careers, about, contact, blog
  • Qualifying enquiry form: service + monthly budget captured up front
  • WhatsApp routing, so leads land on a phone, not in an inbox
  • Animated counters on the results section
  • Dedicated courses and careers pages with their own enquiry paths
  • Google Maps embed for the Bhubaneswar office

Note: this is the mechanism rebuilt for demonstration. On dmarketiq.com it sits inside the real enquiry form and opens WhatsApp on submit.

Rooftop solar Odisha & nationwide

Clans Machina

clansmachina.com Live since launch
The problem

Nobody buys solar because a website said solar is good. They buy it when they can see their own number — what it costs, how long until it pays back, what they keep afterwards.

Before this, that answer lived inside a salesperson's head. Every enquiry meant a site visit and a quote, days later, for people who were only ever curious.

The call we made

Put the maths on the page. One number in — your monthly electricity bill — and the page returns system size, payback period, twenty-five year savings and CO₂ avoided, instantly, before anyone asks for your phone number.

It sorts the audience for free. People who like the number fill the form. People who don't leave — and they were never a site visit worth making.

What's inside
  • Live savings calculator driven by a single bill slider
  • Interactive district map showing installation coverage
  • Chat helper that answers subsidy questions before the form
  • Blog and CMS the client updates without calling us
  • Separate landing pages per segment — home, housing society, commercial

Saved over 25 years

CO₂ avoided, 25 yrs

Honest about the maths: round public figures only — ₹8 a unit, 4 sun-hours a day, ₹46,000–60,000 per kW depending on size, and the capped residential rooftop subsidy up to 10 kW. That cap is why payback shifts as you drag. The live site runs the client's own tariff and subsidy tables, so its numbers are the ones to quote.

Staffing & workforce Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Odisha Workforce Solutions

odishaworkforce.com Live since launch
The problem

A staffing firm sells to two people who want opposite things. A factory needs forty workers by Monday. A welder needs a job. Both land on the same homepage, and every word written for one of them is noise to the other.

Worse, both used to arrive through the same contact form. A hiring manager's enquiry sat in a queue behind two hundred CVs.

The call we made

Split the site down that line and commit to it. The visitor declares who they are within one screen, and from that point on the language, the proof and the call to action are all built for them.

Two enquiry paths, two destinations. An employer's request never queues behind a job application again.

What's inside
  • Dual-audience structure carried through every page
  • Separate enquiry routes for employers and job seekers
  • Service breakdown written in the client's own terms
  • Mobile-first — most job seekers arrive on a phone
Switch it The audience split, rebuilt
Who are you?

Forty people by Monday? That's the job.

  • Bulk staffing for plants, warehouses and site work
  • Payroll and compliance handled off your books
  • Replacement cover when someone doesn't turn up
Goes to the recruitment desk — answered in business hours

Note: the copy above is illustrative of the split, not lifted from the client's site. What's real is the structure — one declaration, two completely separate paths.

In the studio Right now

There's always something on the bench.

The builds above are the ones our clients are happy to have public. They aren't the whole picture. Work is in progress as you read this — sites being written screen by screen, mechanisms being prototyped, and finished builds sitting behind an NDA until the client is ready to launch.

  • In build Client sites currently being hand-coded. They land here once they're live and the client says go.
  • In prototype Mechanisms being tested on their own before they earn a place on anyone's page.
  • Under wraps Shipped work we can't name yet. Ask, and we'll tell you what we're allowed to.

Wondering whether we've solved something like your problem already? Ask us directly — it's a faster answer than scrolling a portfolio.
