Process — fifteen days, published in full

You'll never have to ask us how it's going.

Most studios go quiet the day the deposit clears. So here is the whole build, one day at a time: what we're doing, what you're doing, and what's already in your name by the time the day ends.

The build, opened up

Pick any day. We'll show you all of it.

Drag along the rail, or press play and watch fifteen days run in half a minute. The panel on the right is your side of the ledger — everything on it is already yours on that day, finished project or not.

Phase 01 · Talk Day 00

The twenty-minute call

What we do

Ask about your business, your customers, and the single thing this site has to make happen. No slide deck, no sales script — we're working out whether we're the right people for it, and we'll say so if we aren't.

What you do 20 min · free

Twenty minutes on the phone or WhatsApp. Bring the question your worst customer always asks, not a written brief.

Yours by tonight
  • A written scope note with a fixed price and a date
Phase 02 · Design Day 01

Sitemap and content audit

What we do

Map every page the site actually needs and delete the ones it doesn't, then write down precisely which words and pictures we need from you — and the day we need each one.

What you do 30 min

Send whatever already exists: logo files, photos, old brochures, your current site. Messy is fine. Missing is the problem.

Yours by tonight
  • A page-by-page sitemap
  • A content checklist with a date against every item
Phase 02 · Design Day 02

Direction: type, colour, grid

What we do

Set the typography, colour and spacing rules before a single page is drawn. It's the difference between a site that's designed and one that's decorated page by page until nothing matches.

What you do Nothing

Today is entirely on us. You'll see the result tomorrow, applied to a real page rather than a mood board.

Yours by tonight
  • The visual direction, written down and reusable
Phase 02 · Design Day 03

The real homepage design

What we do

A complete homepage — your words, your images, final spacing. Not a grey wireframe you're asked to imagine in colour, and not a stock template with your logo dropped into the corner.

What you do 20 min

React honestly. Blunt feedback today costs twenty minutes; polite feedback today costs us both a week later on.

Yours by tonight
  • The finished homepage design
Phase 02 · Design Day 04

Revisions, then every other page

What we do

Apply your feedback — two full rounds are included — then template every remaining page off the signed-off homepage so the whole site stays consistent.

What you do 15 min

Sign it off, or tell us what's still wrong. This is the last cheap moment to change your mind: after today, changes cost days instead of hours.

Yours by tonight
  • A signed-off homepage design
  • A layout template for every inner page
Phase 03 · Build Day 05

Set up — in your name, from the start

What we do

Create the code repository, hosting and deploy pipeline under your accounts, then wire them to a private preview link that rebuilds itself every time we push a change.

What you do Nothing

Two account invites will land in your inbox. Accept them whenever suits — nothing waits on you today.

Yours by tonight
  • A private preview link, live from today
  • A code repository in your name
Phase 03 · Build Day 06

The homepage, coded by hand

What we do

The design becomes real HTML and CSS, written line by line. No page builder, no theme, no plugin stack waiting to break on its next update. It goes onto your preview link the same day.

What you do 10 min

Open the preview on your own phone, on your own network, and tell us what feels off. Your customers won't be using a 27-inch monitor.

Yours by tonight
  • The homepage, live on your preview link
Phase 03 · Build Day 07

Every inner page built

What we do

Services, about, contact, and whatever else the sitemap called for — each built to its template so the site behaves the same way on every page.

What you do 10 min

Click through the preview link as if you were a customer looking for your phone number. Tell us where you had to think.

Yours by tonight
  • Every page in the sitemap, built and navigable
Phase 03 · Build Day 08

The piece that earns its keep

What we do

Build the one interactive thing that answers the question stopping the sale — a savings calculator, a quote engine, a booking flow, a product configurator. On our own builds this is reliably the most-used part of the site.

What you do 10 min

Check our maths against your real numbers. You know your margins; we don't.

Yours by tonight
  • Your interactive tool, running on your real numbers
Phase 03 · Build Day 09

Your real words and pictures

What we do

Your content goes in and gets shaped to fit — headings tightened, paragraphs cut, images cropped and compressed so the page still loads on a patchy mobile connection.

What you do 20 min

Send anything still outstanding on the day-one checklist. Be warned: this is the step that delays nine projects in ten, and it is never the code's fault.

Yours by tonight
  • Your real content in place — no lorem ipsum, ever
Phase 03 · Build Day 10

Forms, routing, and your inbox

What we do

Wire the enquiry form, the WhatsApp handoff and the qualifying questions, so every enquiry reaches you with the service and the budget already attached and no call starts from zero.

What you do 5 min

Tell us which number and which inbox enquiries should land in, and who picks them up when you're on site.

Yours by tonight
  • Enquiry form and WhatsApp routing, tested end to end
Phase 03 · Build Day 11

Real phones, not a resized window

What we do

Test on actual Android and iOS handsets, on mobile data, at the sizes your customers really hold — including the cheap phone with the small screen that a browser emulator never quite imitates.

What you do 10 min

Ten minutes on your own phone, outside your own wifi. Then hand it to somebody who has never seen the site.

Yours by tonight
  • A build tested on real devices, not an emulator
Phase 03 · Build Day 12

Speed and accessibility pass

What we do

Trim images, fonts and scripts until the site clears Core Web Vitals, then check contrast, keyboard navigation and screen-reader labels. On an Indian mobile network, one second of load time is the gap between an enquiry and a bounce.

What you do Nothing

Nothing at all. This is the invisible day that decides whether the site is fast a year from now.

Yours by tonight
  • A Core Web Vitals and accessibility report
Phase 04 · Launch Day 13

Findable, and measured

What we do

Page titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap and robots — then analytics and Search Console, both created on your email address rather than ours.

What you do 5 min

Approve two Google property invites. It takes a minute each, and it means the traffic history is yours permanently.

Yours by tonight
  • Full on-page SEO, schema and sitemap
  • Analytics and Search Console in your accounts
Phase 04 · Launch Day 14

Live on your domain

What we do

Point the domain, issue the SSL certificate and redirect every old URL, so whatever ranking the previous site had earned moves across instead of being thrown away.

What you do 10 min

Share the domain login, or stay on a call for twenty minutes while we change the records together. Your call — plenty of clients prefer to watch.

Yours by tonight
  • The site live on your domain, with SSL and redirects
Phase 04 · Launch Day 15

Handover — not a hand-off

What we do

Walk you through running it yourself on a call we record for you, then transfer every credential in writing. Nothing is withheld and nothing is rented back to you afterwards.

What you do 25 min

Twenty-five minutes on the walkthrough call. Ask the awkward questions now, while the person who wrote the code is still on the line.

Yours by tonight
  • Repository, logins and passwords, transferred
  • A recorded walkthrough and written notes
  • 30–60 days of free fixes, starting today
0 Days from the first call to a live site
0 Things handed to you along the way
0 Of your time, total — about three hours
0 Of free fixes after launch on a Growth build
0 Of the code and accounts, in your name

What we provide

Twenty-two things, and the day each arrives.

The same list as the scrubber above, grouped by phase, so you can read it in one go — or send it to whoever else has to approve the spend.

Phase 01 · Talk 1 item · Day 0

Before you've paid anything

The call is free and so is what comes out of it. If you take the scope note to another studio and get it built cheaper, that's a fair outcome.

  • A written scope note with a fixed price and a date
Phase 02 · Design 6 items · Day 1–4

Decisions made in daylight

You see the finished homepage before production code exists, which is the only point in a project where changing your mind is still cheap.

  • A page-by-page sitemap
  • A content checklist with a date against every item
  • The visual direction, written down and reusable
  • The finished homepage design
  • A signed-off homepage design
  • A layout template for every inner page
Phase 03 · Build 9 items · Day 5–12

Built in front of you

From day five there is a live link you can open any time. There is no reveal at the end, because you'll have watched every part of it arrive.

  • A private preview link, live from day five
  • A code repository in your name
  • The homepage, hand-coded
  • Every page in the sitemap, built and navigable
  • Your interactive tool, running on your real numbers
  • Your real content in place — no lorem ipsum, ever
  • Enquiry form and WhatsApp routing, tested end to end
  • A build tested on real devices, not an emulator
  • A Core Web Vitals and accessibility report
Phase 04 · Launch 6 items · Day 13–15

Signed over, in your name

The part people only check when they try to leave an agency. Ask whoever quotes you next whether they'll put this same list in writing.

  • Full on-page SEO, schema and sitemap
  • Analytics and Search Console in your accounts
  • The site live on your domain, with SSL and redirects
  • Repository, logins and passwords, transferred
  • A recorded walkthrough and written notes
  • 30–60 days of free fixes, starting on handover day

Every one of these is transferred, not licensed. The full handover manifest — code, domain, hosting, analytics, assets and documentation — is written out item by item on the services page.

Your side of it

Six moments where we genuinely need you.

Nobody tells you this before you sign, so here it is up front. Miss these and the build stalls; hit them and fifteen days holds.

01

A straight twenty minutes

Day 0. Not a formal brief — just an honest conversation about what your customers ask before they buy.

Day 0 · 20 min
02

Everything you already have

Logo files, photos, price lists, the old site. Send it unsorted; sorting it is our job, finding it is yours.

Day 1 · 30 min
03

Blunt feedback on the design

Twice, on days three and four. "It's nice" is the most expensive sentence in this business — tell us what you'd change.

Day 3–4 · 35 min
04

Three short looks at the preview

Ten minutes each on days six, seven and eight — on your phone, not your desk. Small corrections now, not a list at the end.

Day 6–8 · 30 min
05

The content you promised

By day nine, plus the number enquiries should route to. This single item causes more slipped launches than everything else combined.

Day 9–11 · 35 min
06

Launch week access and attention

Google invites, the domain login, and the walkthrough call at the end — the half hour that leaves you able to run the site yourself.

Day 13–15 · 40 min

3 hr 10 min Your entire involvement, spread across fifteen days. Everything else is ours.

The awkward questions

What happens when it doesn't go to plan.

Every build hits at least one of these. Here's what we actually do — written down now, so nobody has to negotiate it in week three.

01What if I don't like the design?

Two full rounds of revisions sit inside day four, before a single line of production code exists. That ordering is deliberate: redrawing a design costs hours, rebuilding a coded site costs days. If two rounds haven't got us there, it usually means we've misread the business rather than the brief — and we'll say that out loud instead of quietly billing a third round.

02What if my content isn't ready on day nine?

The build reaches day nine and waits there. You'll hear from us the same day, not a fortnight later when the launch date has quietly moved. Your slot stays open for two weeks while you catch up, and we'll happily shape rough notes into copy — what we won't do is invent facts about a business we don't run.

03Is fifteen days actually realistic?

For a full Growth build, yes — that's the honest average, not a best case with the wind behind it. A five-page Starter site is closer to seven days. Web apps and mobile apps run four to ten weeks and are quoted per scope. When a project does slip, it is almost never the code: it is content and feedback, which is exactly why both have named days above.

04Can I see it before it's finished?

From day five, on a private preview link that rebuilds every time we push a change. You watch the site appear rather than waiting for a reveal, and you can send the link to a partner or a customer for a second opinion whenever you like.

05What if I want changes after launch?

Anything broken is fixed free for 30 days on a Starter build and 60 days on Growth. New work after that is an hourly rate or a small monthly retainer, whichever is cheaper for you. And because the code and every account are already in your name, you are equally free to hand it to somebody else — there is no lock-in to argue your way out of.

06Do I have to pay everything up front?

No. Part payment starts the work, the balance is due on launch. For early-stage startups and first-time local businesses the split is negotiable — say so on the day-zero call and we'll structure it around your cash flow rather than ours.

Day zero

It starts with twenty minutes.

No deck, no discovery workshop, no invoice attached. Tell us what you're building and we'll come back the same day with scope, price and the date it would go live.

Want the price before the call? The scope builder gives you a range on the page, and the work page lets you try three builds that already went through this process.
